Getting Started
Creating an account is simple! Click the 'Sign Up' button in the navigation bar, enter your email address and create a secure password. You'll receive a confirmation email to verify your account. Once verified, you can complete your profile and start using Neelinkee immediately.
Yes! Neelinkee offers a free plan that includes basic features for posting listings and browsing items. We also offer Standard and Pro subscription plans with advanced features like promoted listings, priority support, and detailed analytics. Visit our Pricing page to see all available plans.
Neelinkee primarily serves communities across Europe, with a strong presence in France and expanding to other European countries. You can buy and sell items locally or ship to other regions depending on your preferences.
Email verification is required for all accounts. Additional verification through phone number or business documents may be needed for certain features or subscription plans. Verified accounts build more trust with other users and get better visibility on the platform.
Managing Listings
Once logged in, click 'Post Listing' from your dashboard or navigation menu. Choose the appropriate category, fill in your item details, upload high-quality photos, set your price, and add your location. Review your listing and click 'Publish' to make it live. Your listing will appear on the marketplace within minutes.
You can upload up to 3 photos per listing on the free plan, 5 on Standard, 8 on Business Pro, and 10 on Enterprise. We recommend using clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles to showcase your item effectively and attract more buyers.
Listings remain active for 60 days by default. You can renew them before they expire to keep them visible. Pro subscribers get automatic renewal and can choose custom expiration dates. You can also mark items as sold or delete listings at any time from your dashboard.
Absolutely! You can edit your listings at any time from your dashboard. Go to 'My Listings', select the listing you want to modify, and click 'Edit'. You can update photos, descriptions, prices, and other details. Changes are reflected immediately on the marketplace.
Buying & Selling
On any listing page, click the 'Contact Seller' button to send a message through our secure messaging system. You can ask questions, negotiate prices, and arrange pickup or delivery. All conversations are saved in your Messages section for easy reference.
Neelinkee doesn't process payments between buyers and sellers - transactions are handled directly between users. We recommend meeting in person and paying with cash for local items. For shipped items, use secure payment methods and request receipts. Never send money through wire transfers or untraceable methods.
Since transactions are peer-to-peer, we recommend thoroughly inspecting items before completing payment. If you receive a faulty item, try to resolve the issue directly with the seller first. If that fails, you can report the issue through our reporting system, and our team will review the situation.
Yes! Many sellers are open to reasonable price negotiations. Use our messaging system to make offers respectfully. Be polite and realistic with your offers. Sellers can accept, decline, or counter your offer. Building good rapport increases your chances of getting a better deal.
Account Settings
Go to your profile dashboard and click 'Settings'. From there, you can update your personal information, contact details, profile photo, and bio. Keeping your profile complete and up-to-date helps build trust with other users and improves your credibility on the platform.
Navigate to Settings > Security and select 'Change Password'. You'll need to enter your current password and choose a new one. We recommend using a strong, unique password with a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters to keep your account secure.
Yes, you can delete your account at any time from Settings > Security. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your listings will be removed, and you'll lose access to your messages and transaction history. Make sure to resolve any pending transactions before deletion.
Go to Settings > Notifications to customize which notifications you receive. You can choose to receive alerts for new messages, listing updates, favorites, and more. Select your preferred delivery method (email, in-app, or both) for each notification type.
Payments & Pricing
We offer four plans: Free (basic features for casual users with 4 active listings), Standard (€5/month or €51/year with 20 active listings, social links, and analytics), Business Pro (€12/month or €122.40/year with 60 active listings, verified badge, and advanced features), and Enterprise (€23/month or €234.60/year with unlimited listings and premium support). All paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial and can be cancelled anytime.
Visit the Pricing page and select the plan you want. Click 'Upgrade Now' and complete the payment process. Your new features will be activated immediately. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your subscription settings.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure payment processor Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and your payment information is never stored on our servers.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all subscriptions. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days, contact our support team for a full refund. After this period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime to avoid future charges.
Safety & Trust
Always meet in public, well-lit places during daytime hours. Bring a friend if possible and tell someone where you're going. Never share your home address until you've built trust. Inspect items carefully before paying, and trust your instincts - if something feels wrong, walk away.
If you encounter suspicious listings, fraudulent behavior, or prohibited items, click the 'Report' button on any listing or user profile. You can also visit our Report page to submit a detailed report. Our team reviews all reports promptly and takes appropriate action.
We prohibit illegal items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods), regulated items (prescription medications, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials), and inappropriate services (adult content, gambling). See our Safety page for a complete list of prohibited items and community guidelines.
We offer email and phone verification for all users. Business accounts can complete additional verification by submitting official documents. Verified users display trust badges on their profiles. While verification helps build trust, always exercise caution and follow safety guidelines when transacting.
